8:00 a.m. - Cattle may arrive2:00-8:00 p.m. - Check-in (If exhibitors are planning to exhibit on Saturday - check in must be completed Friday)
Saturday, November 18:
8:00 a.m. - Market Animal Show Ring A Begins. Ring B will begin immediately following the Chianina division in Ring A.Showmanship will begin approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the Ring B Market Animal show and photos are complete
8:00 a.m. - Ring C Heifer show begins
3:00-6:00 p.m. Market Animal Check-in (For exhibitors ONLY exhibiting on Sunday)Sunday, November 19:
8:00 a.m. - Heifer Show Ring A Begins. Ring B will begin immediately following the Angus division in Ring B.8:00 a.m. - Ring C Market Animal Show begins
ONE RING SCENARIOS:
*if an exhibitor signs up a heifer for Ring A ONLY online - they will show in Ring C on Saturday
*if an exhibitor signs up a steer for Ring A ONLY online - they will show in Ring C on Sunday
TWO RING SCENARIOS:
*if an exhibitor signs up a steer for RING A and B ONLY online - they will show in Ring A and Ring B on Saturday
*if an exhibitor signs up a heifer for Ring A and B ONLY online - they will show in Ring A and Ring B on Sunday
